What is Nutritional Therapy?

The Nutritional Therapy Association believes that “the myriad of health problems that plague modern society result from weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations as a result of poor nutrition.”

The epidemics of obesity and infertility; the ailments of progressing age; the chronic stress of daily life; and the difficulties encountered in optimizing athletic performance are, for many, rooted in poor nutrition – and the foods at fault may surprise you.

Nutritional Therapy is dedicated to revealing myths and truths about good nutrition while providing a comprehensive, time-tested tool-set for eating and living well. It’s not a one-size-fits all approach; rather, the unique needs of each individual client are of utmost importance.

At its core, Nutritional Therapy is about revolutionizing your relationship with food, and putting into practice the foundational elements that must be in place for wellness to manifest. It goes beyond conventional wisdom to the truth about food and how it works in the body.

Nutritional Therapy is a healing art that uses a range of evaluative techniques to determine the best way to bring the body into balance. Together, we assess the areas in need of intervention, identifying a personal path to success that respects your unique needs.
